Iminent price increase on Harlequin Heating Oil Tanks - Order Now!

Harlequin 1100SLHere at RPM Fuels & Tanks we have learnt from Clarehill plastics, the makers of Harlequin Tanks, that as from the end of business on Friday 11th December 2009, Harlequin Heating Oil Tanks will be increasing in price. Harlequin Basic Bunded, Standard Bunded and Polyrock Bunded Tanks will increase by c.10% and Harlequin Single Skin Oil Tanks will increase by c.15%

The increase is a result of a number of factors which together have increased costs significantly. Polymer and component prices have increased recently, a situation that has been magnified by the continuing weakness of the Pound against the Euro and other major currencies. Produstion and distribution costs have also remained at high levels.

Single Skin Oil Tanks have also been effected by lower demand. As the market moves towards Bunded Oil Tanks, higher production costs from ever shorter production runs of Single Skin Oil Tanks must be incurred. Polymer and distribution costs represent a significantly greater proportion of Single Skin Oil Tank costs than other products so therefore it is necessary to increase Single Skin Oil Tanks by a greater amount than Bunded Oil Tanks.

This and the forth coming increase in VAT from 15% to 17.5% from the 1st of January 2010 means there has never been a better time than NOW to invest in a Harlequin Heating Oil Tank from RPM Fuels & Tanks.
